In 2.2.0-git this seems to happen when I open a cue sheet that points to a flac file that does not have any valid embedded cue sheet. The cue sheet I open looks fine inside. If I open a cue sheet that points to a flac with an embedded cue sheet the issue disappears. Was thinking that might be a good starting point to investigate.
