Hi all I cant seem to group imported objects. When I select all and go to group it is greyed out. If i group a single object i can then attach others to it, but this takes ages to do on every object. Re: Why would revision be greyed out on REVISOINS ON SHEET dialog box I take a less surgical method to Revit when I can't find clouds hidden by the team etc. and just cut out the problem. I go straight to the Revision table, delete the revision (along with all clouds and tags) and recreate it, pushing it back into the correct sequence. The Import/Export Excel allows you to synchronize data back and forth between Autodesk® Revit® and Excel. It also means you can alleviate the data management process by delegating tasks related to the model to team members that don’t use the model. You can export schedules as well as Revit standards to manage them in Excel.
