I recall (?) occasionally seeing limits with some sups with some cards on the 4510s. (I believe some of the sups run out of fabric bandwidth.) You might be able to fully populate a 4510+E with those cards with later sups, e.g. sup7 and later. Release notes and/or datasheets should note any limitations.
