Hello all, Is there a way to update/post a value to a cell in MSExcel, when the contents of some other cell changes, with out having to write a formula in that cell? For ex: I want the value in cell A2 to be updated, say, when cells B2 and B3 change.

Excel automatically writes part of the formula for you to reference a cell on another sheet. 3. Finish the Excel Formula. At this point, you can press enter to close out and complete your multi-sheet formula. When you do so, Excel will jump back to where you started the formula and show you the results. Re: Sum cells based on another cell It doesn't appear to be working correctly once the 6th occurrence is reached. Since everything with the 5th occurrence and after should change from the previous value (0.25 or 0.5) to a 1 value I've included what it should be.
