Until that book arrives (if ever), we’ll need to look around to find the support needed to create heroes for a Dragonlance game.

I have not seen anything that indicates they did; however, the 1st edition modules that were published included character sheets for all the Heroes, and we can assume that those are the characters that were played.

If you want to save your character's html file to your hard drive, Netscape seems to work better. Many people have found that saving them as Word documents works well. For some browsers, the best way to save the character sheet is to select "print" and save in .pdf format.
These sheets are beautifully made, but obviously they were printed when 3.0 first came out. Specific Worlds, like Dragonlance and Faerun are left out, and have to be added to the sheets, especially the spell lists, which help mage and cleric characters prepare spells.
