The Canadian Mennonite was a weekly inter-Mennonite newspaper, published by the Canadian Mennonite Publishing Association, Inc. from 1953-1971. It was the first English-language Mennonite newspaper to be distributed nationally.

The NRMA required the registration of all Canadian men ages 16 to 60 and guaranteed Mennonites exemption; however the rules of who was considered Mennonite became blurred and largely depended on the area of the country you were from. Mennonite Girls Can Cook is a collection of recipes which were posted daily for a period of ten years from 2008 to 2018. We have over 3,000 delicious recipes that we invite you to try. The recipes can be accessed in our recipe file by category or you can use the search engine. I have moved Canadian Mennonite University back into the "Universities and colleges in Manitoba" category. It was earlier removed from that category by Ardenn and placed into the "Canadian seminaries" category. Ardenn and I discussed the issue but could not come to an agreement on where the article belonged.
